Excellent, excellent watch! My "The Elijah" watch is EXTREMEMLY STRIKING from the moment I opened the wood box.
First, I received timely emails about my order details and another follow-up email with shipping and tracking info. My item shipped via UPS Ground and I got my watch in 2 days. I received a follow-up email from A FWM when the item was delivered (Besides an UPS email, too). Overall, AFWM has excellent communication via email.
My watch came nicely and securely packaged in a brown cardboard box with an air-pouch to secure the watch further. Then the watch itself comes in a wood box (very nice) which is secured with some type of memory foam inside of a burlap pouch. If you look at the picture I posted, it shows all of the items that come with the watch.
You have an extra band link, a few link pins and an all-metal screwdriver tool to add or remove band links. Despite the written and visual instructions, I wasn't sure how to add or remove band links so I don't damage the watch or void the warranty, so I contacted customer service via email and actually spoke with them a few times about the band links, future battery replacement and such. The responses were always within 24 hours and very courteous from Shedika of AFWM Online Support. Shedika sent me a link to A Few Wood Men's official YouTube channel with easy visual instructions on how to add or take out band links..
As a new and first time customer, it was really affirming that customer service was there for me when I needed it. The quality of this fine product, the shipping packaging and customer services solidifies the notion that I can order form them again confidently if I need to.
MAN! Did I say that "The Elijah" watch looks INCREDIBLY AWESOME?!? A nice diameter size, color scheme and the wood is AWESOME! :-)

I really love the look of the watch on my man. He loves it too. The one downfall we encountered is the band. Once we removed a link, the watch was no longer easy to slide over his wrist. He needed the two links out so it fit nicely on his wrist, but now because the band only opens so far, he can’t get the band over the width of his hand. The other watch we bought has a band that is more friendly and has like a double opening. This double opening allows for the width of his hand to slide into the band and double snaps for a nice fit. I love the watches, just dissatisfied with the band in the first watch. Thank you for asking. I would definitely order another watch, but hesitant on the different bands used.
