RETURNS

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. (Our 14-day policy starts on the date of receipt and we do our best to make exceptions on a case-by-case basis for orders that may fall outside of this timeframe.)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Our return window closes 30 days from the delivery date and a 20% restocking fee will apply to items returned outside this timeframe. 

It can take up to 14 days for us to process returns that show delivered. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your refund or details regarding your replacement.

International orders are NOT eligible for return. Ensure the correct model, size or color is selected during checkout before placing your order. We are unable to provide a prepaid mailing label to return packages that are shipped internationally (outside the US).

Additional Non-returnable items:

* Gift cards

* Engraved timepieces

* Customized wallets and custom orders

* Products that have been physically damaged, water damaged, or altered

* Watches and products that are not from A Few Wood Men

Please do not send your purchase back without completing a submission through our Returns Center. Our returns center will allow you to set up your warranty/return within minutes. You will need your order number beginning with LW and email address for submission. 

*Local pickup orders cannot be returned through our Return Center and must be dropped off at Ecomspaces. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons due to your error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

 

Holiday Returns Policy

The Holiday Returns guideline allows up to 90 days returns instead of our normal 14 days, to accommodate the holiday season shopping and allow the recipient ample time to return if needed. Your purchase qualifies for the Holiday Returns Policy if purchased between 11/1/2023 to 1/31/2023.

 

EXCHANGE

All products purchased through A Few Wood Men are eligible for an exchange. Items eligible for exchange usually fall within the categories of being too large/too small, items too light/too heavy, and or items not available at the time of purchase. Items must fall within the same price range and be of the same likeness as the original item purchased. 

Tungsten and or metal rings follow a distinct process of having up to two exchanges. The first exchange will be sent with a ring sizer for AFWM customers to confirm the size needed. If the ring is still not the right fit, the ring is eligible for a second exchange. Once the size has been confirmed, AFWM will exchange for the appropriate ring size if available. Ring sizes that are requested that may not be in stock such as half sizes may require a custom order. A Few Wood Men team members will confirm if a custom order is needed and advise of the applicable timeframe for receipt. 

REFUND

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. The usual process for return approval and processing is 1-2 weeks. If in need of a return prior to this timeframe please feel free to contact support@afewwoodmen.com. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days depending on your banking institution. 

Expedited Shipping (Next Day Shipping, 2 Day Shipping, etc)
The cut off time for Next Day and other expedited shipping methods is 2PM EST. We are not liable for late deliveries due to delays caused due to customer error (incorrect or incomplete address), issues on the carrier's end, or acts of nature. We do not issue refunds for packages that arrive later than anticipated. Saturday delivery is not guaranteed for UPS Next Day and other expedited shipping methods. This means that orders placed on a Friday will likely be delivered the following business day.

When choosing expedited shipping, do so with the anticipation that your package will arrive on a business day. We DO NOT refund shipping costs so please plan accordingly for special occasions and events.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within the time frame provided, first check your bank account followed by your credit card company. 

If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@afewwoodmen.com.

Sale & discount items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded and we do not offer retroactive discounts for orders placed prior to or after a sale. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. Items that are purchased as a gift have 14 days to request a refund. 

Pre-Orders  (if applicable)
Cancellations will attract a $25 to $50 reservation fee for all pre-orders. This fee is subject to change. Full refunds will NOT be issued. 

VAT TAX (if applicable)

A Few Wood Men will not be held responsible for VAT Taxes for international shipments. International shipments usually ship within 14-24 days with a customs entry form completed by an A Few Wood Men representative. A Few Wood Men will not be held liable for VAT Taxes and other applicable outside charges. 


ITEMS THAT SHOW "DELIVERED" BUT NOT RECEIVED

A Few Wood Men will provide a tracking number from one of our supported carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS. We are not to be held liable for shipments that show delivered and not received, shipments that display late, or shipments that show undeliverable. In the event that this takes place with your order, contact the supported carrier provided with your tracking number for assistance.

AFWM offers Route Package Protection which covers lost, stolen, or damaged packages and is automatically applied to your order during checkout. In the event that you do not receive your order, you will have 14 days from the expected delivery date to file a claim with Route.

Customers who remove Route Package Protection insurance before placing their order are not eligible for a refund or replacement. We encourage customers to keep the insurance on their orders as added protection in the event of experienced loss, damage, or theft. 

We do not ship to Freight Forwarding Companies or any other entity that acts as an intermediary between the company that makes the shipment and the final destination for the goods. Customers whose orders entail a freight forwarder's address for shipping are not eligible for a refund or replacement.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers should ensure their shipping address is correct. This information should be double-checked while placing the order. If after receiving your order confirmation you realize that there is an error with your shipping address, send us a message right away so we can make the necessary changes before the order ships. We are not responsible for packages that are shipped to the incorrect address due to customer error.

In the event that the order is missing an apartment number or the incorrect address has been provided, A Few Wood Men will assist with processing another request since the carrier will likely return the package to our warehouse. A Few Wood Men holds the right to charge a reshipment fee of $15 for applicable orders. 

ENGRAVE REQUESTS

Engrave requests have 24 hours to be cancelled. Customers have the option to cancel an order for a full refund with this request. Orders that fall outside of that time frame will not be eligible for cancellation. 

Engrave timepieces are not eligible for refunds, but are covered through our 1-year warranty.
