Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We do, however, provide a wooden watch warranty for products that are found to be defective.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Products that have been physically damaged, water damaged, or altered
* Watches and products that are not from A Few Wood Men
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Instead, complete our Warranty/Return Form found here. We will be able to assist you further with the next steps of the refund process if approved.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within the timeframe provided, first check your bank account followed by your credit card company.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. Items that are purchased as a gift have 14 days to request a refund.
Items Not Received
A Few Wood Men will provide a tracking number from one of our supported carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS. We are not to be held liable for shipments that show delivered and not received, shipments that display late, or shipments that show undeliverable. In the event that this takes place with your order, contact the supported carrier provided with your tracking number for assistance. In the event that the order is missing an apartment number or the incorrect address has been provided, A Few Wood Men will assist with processing another request. A Few Wood Men holds the right to charge a reshipment fee for applicable orders.
